Founded by industry veterans with over 20 years of experience in outdoor, experiential education, and adventure, Earth Work emerged from a deep belief that the world needs something a little different. We’ve seen how powerful these moments in nature can be, and we are committed to crafting experiences that resonate, inspire, and transform.

We provide three distinct program options: a month-long commitment, a seasonal journey, or a single, immersive day-long experience. Whether you’re seeking a brief, powerful encounter or a sustained, transformative journey, we are here to guide you with a focus on authenticity, integrity and trust in your own process.
PRIVATE GROUP
Bring your group together through a customized experience with nature. Whether it’s a family gathering, company off-site, or a celebration with friends, our private group experiences are designed to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a meaningful shared experience that invites each participant to engage with nature—and each other—in new ways.
COMMUNITY
Join a community of individuals in one of our open enrollment experiences with nature. These sessions are designed to be inclusive and welcome everyone. There is no level of comfort or expertise needed to join. These community events are a chance to connect with nature and share in a collective experience.
